🎓 Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical) / ITI – Welder / Fitter
⏳ Experience: 15–18 Years (ERW / API Pipe Production)
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Operate & monitor ERW mill (Uncoiling → Cut-off)
âś” Control forming, sizing & welding parameters
âś” Ensure smooth production flow & achieve targets
âś” Handle size changeovers efficiently
âś” Troubleshoot production issues & reduce downtime
âś” Maintain safety standards & shop-floor discipline
🎯 Candidate Profile:
âś” Strong hands-on experience in ERW mill operations
âś” Experience in pipe manufacturing industry
âś” Early joiners preferred
