Key Responsibilities :
-Promote projects through marketing activities and social media co-ordination
-Handle client Inquiries and explain project details professionally
-Conduct site visits and co-ordinate with prospective buyers
-Followup with customers and achieve sales targets
-Build relationships with brokers, consultants and corporate clients
Required Skills :
-Good communication and negotiation skills
-Confidence in customer handling
-Knowledge of real estate market preferred
-Freshers with good communication can also apply
Education & Qualification :
-MBA in Marketing will be preferred
-Candidates with own vehicle
-Experience in real estate sales/marketing preferred
