🏭 Plant / Production Manager – 1 Position
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily plant and production operations to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
- Ensure quality, environmental, and safety procedures are followed throughout the plant.
- Monitor production activities and take action to resolve any quality or process issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and close audit findings on time.
- Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and system documents.
- Identify employee training needs and ensure required training is conducted.
- Lead continuous improvement activities to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Work closely with department heads to improve overall plant performance.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities when required.
