Job Responsibilities :
Supervise daily mechanical maintenance and repair activities of industrial equipment and machinery.
Monitor equipment performance and ensure minimum downtime.
Coordinate with technicians and operators for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and daily activity logs.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth plant operations.
Required Skills :
Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Good supervisory, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and maintenance documentation.
Ability to work in a team and handle industrial maintenance activities.
Preferred Candidate: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2–3 years of relevant industrial experience.
