Transport Manager – Operations & Business Development (Liquid Tanker / ISO Tanks)
Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Transport Manager to manage liquid tanker and ISO tank operations, ensure smooth logistics operations, lead operational teams, and support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily transport operations for liquid tanker and ISO tank logistics.
- Coordinate fleet movement, dispatch planning, and route optimization.
- Handle ISO tank operations including loading, unloading, and documentation.
- Ensure ISO compliance, safety standards, and audit readiness.
- Lead the operations team and driver coordination.
- Develop new clients and logistics business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, depots, and port operators including Kandla Port and Mundra Port.
Requirements:
- 10–15 years experience in transport operations / tanker logistics / ISO tank operations and also in Senior Role leadership.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management and chemical logistics.
- Experience in ISO documentation and audit handling preferred.
- Good leadership, coordination, and client management skills.
