Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and understand their furniture requirements.

Explain product features, specifications, materials, designs, and pricing.

Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture according to their needs and budget.

Handle customer inquiries and provide product demonstrations.

Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.

Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

Maintain customer details and update sales records.

Ensure proper product display, showroom cleanliness, and visual merchandising.

Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate for resolution.

Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.

Follow company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.
