About the Role: We are a leading organization looking for a Manager Accounts & Finance to manage the financial operations of our Fleet Department at Samakhiali. The ideal candidate will have strong core accounting skills combined with experience handling logistics, transport, or fleet-related financial data.

Key Responsibilities:                                        

• Managing Overall Accounts & Finance of Fleet Department.
• Conduct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to verify all entries have been created and posted, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and cohesiveness of information.
• Maintain accurate accounting records for the entire fleet operations.
• Reconcile vendor accounts, transport bills, and customer invoices.
• Day to Day Review Work of Accounts Team.
• Prepare monthly profitability reports, variance analyses, and financial statements.
• Ensure strict compliance with GST, TDS, and other relevant tax regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. (B. Com Mandatory)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (Experience in logistics & fleet is highly preferred).
• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and Advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
