🔧 Job Responsibilities: ✅ Supervise rooftop solar installation and commissioning.
✅ Manage site visits, project execution, and installation teams.
✅ Inspect solar panels, inverters, AC/DC wiring, and earthing.
✅ Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate maintenance.
✅ Prepare site reports and material requirements.
✅ Coordinate with customers, contractors, and DISCOM officials.
✅ Ensure quality standards and electrical safety at project sites.
🎯 Required Skills: ✔️ 3–5 years of relevant electrical or solar industry experience.
✔️ Good knowledge of electrical systems and solar installations.
✔️ Ability to manage technicians and installation teams.
✔️ Willingness to travel to project sites.
✔️ Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
