- Monitoring Shop floor activities for Project Job.
- Prepare ITP procedure, other documents as per code/customer requirement.
- Study Project, Job Specification & Follow the same.
- Attend internal meeting with management.
- Deal with Customer Inspector, AI & TPI.
- Stage wise inspection & documentation.
- 5-“S” Kaizen Participation.
- Material identification, Pnuematic Test, LPT, Cold Stretch, Hydro Test,
Weld Visual Inspection of Jobs. - Attend pre-inspection of jobs & pre-inspection meeting with client.
