*Job Summary*
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our EV Showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills with a passion for sales. The role involves assisting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining EV products and features, generating leads, and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
* Explain EV models, features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
* Conduct product demonstrations and test drive coordination.
* Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.
* Prepare quotations and assist customers with booking and purchase documentation.
* Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
* Stay updated with new EV products, offers, and market trends.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before and after the sale.

*Preferred Candidate*
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive, Retail Sales Executive, or Showroom Sales Executive.
* Experience in an Automobile or EV Showroom will be an added advantage.
* Passion for sales with a target-oriented mindset.
* Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per showroom requirements.
