Qualification: ITI Welder / Relevant Technical Qualification Preferred
Shift: 8-Hour Rotational Shifts
Reporting To: Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance In-charge
Key Responsibilities :
Perform argon welding (TIG welding) on SS, MS, and other metal components as per job requirements.
Carry out welding, fabrication, repair, and maintenance activities.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings and welding specifications.
Ensure proper welding quality, joint finishing, and dimensional accuracy.
Handle welding machines, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect completed welds and rectify defects wherever required.
Follow welding safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE.
Maintain workplace housekeeping and welding equipment.
Required Skills :
Hands-on experience in TIG / Argon welding.
Knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and joint preparation.
Ability to perform welding on pipes, plates, and structural components.
Understanding of welding safety standards and quality requirements.
Good technical skills and attention to detail.
