Key Responsibilities
🖥️ Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
⚙️ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
📦 Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and standard applications.
🧾 Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions using the IT ticketing system.
🔧 Perform routine system checks, patch updates, and preventive maintenance.
👥 Deliver on-site support to users, coordinating with regional and remote IT teams as needed.
🔐 Adhere to company IT policies, data security standards, and compliance protocols.
Requirements
🎓 Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
💼 1–2 years of hands-on experience in desktop support or technical support roles.
💡 Solid understanding of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and basic networking.
🛠️ Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, peripherals, and operating systems.
🤝 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
