Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate business from exporters and importers.
- Handle Ocean Freight, FCL/LCL, Air Freight & logistics solutions.
- Develop and manage sales opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and market visits.
- Negotiate freight rates and commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with Pricing, Operations & Documentation teams.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
- Strong existing customer network preferred.
- Proven experience in Business Development & Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of international freight forwarding.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
