💰 Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹75,000 PM (CTC) (Based on Interview Performance)
🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate
⏳ Experience: 10–15 Years
🔹 Preferred Industry Experience: ✅ Ports & Shipping Companies
✅ CFS (Container Freight Station) Operations
🎯 Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, loading & unloading. • Handle Import & Export cargo operations efficiently. • Supervise warehouse manpower and ensure smooth daily operations. • Coordinate with clients for operational updates and service requirements. • Monitor inventory movement and maintain warehouse records/documentation. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. • Manage vehicle planning, cargo movement, and transporter coordination. • Resolve operational issues and ensure timely cargo handling. • Lead warehouse teams to achieve operational targets.
🔹 Required Skills: ✔ Strong knowledge of warehouse and cargo handling operations. ✔ Experience in Import & Export processes. ✔ Leadership and team management skills. ✔ Excellent communication and coordination abilities. ✔ Knowledge of shipping, port, and CFS documentation processes. ✔ Ability to independently manage warehouse operations.
