Job Description
  • Handle daily billing operations (sales invoices, purchase entries, etc.)
  • Manage and update records in ERP system accurately and timely
  • Prepare and process commercial billing documents (invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, etc.)
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions
  • Coordinate with accounts, sales, and dispatch teams
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing or ERP entries
  • Generate reports and MIS for management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and billing procedures
  • 2–3 years of experience in billing / admin / ERP handling
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Excel, ERP systems, accounting software)
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (mandatory)
