Job Description
- Handle daily billing operations (sales invoices, purchase entries, etc.)
- Manage and update records in ERP system accurately and timely
- Prepare and process commercial billing documents (invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, etc.)
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions
- Coordinate with accounts, sales, and dispatch teams
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing or ERP entries
- Generate reports and MIS for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and billing procedures
- 2–3 years of experience in billing / admin / ERP handling
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Excel, ERP systems, accounting software)
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (mandatory)
