Job Description
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail store handling & customer management
Working hours: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and discipline in the store
- Handle billing, cash management, and basic reporting
- Supervise store staff and ensure smooth workflow
MUST HAVE
- Strong customer handling & communication skills
- Knowledge of retail store operations
- Basic understanding of inventory management
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software)
