📍 Location: Gandhidham,
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll processing and attendance systems
• Ensure compliance with all prevailing labour laws and statutory requirements
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate HR operations through HRMS systems (preferred)
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations
• Strong knowledge of payroll & attendance management
• Well-versed with statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
• Experience working on HRMS software will be an added advantage
