Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Counter Sales Executive for an automobile spare parts shop. The candidate will be responsible for attending customers, preparing **manual challans**, maintaining sales records, and handling day-to-day counter operations. The candidate **must have good English reading and writing skills**, as manual challans and product details need to be prepared accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

* Attend walk-in customers and understand their spare parts requirements.
* Prepare manual challans, invoices, and delivery documents accurately.
* Read and write product names, part numbers, and customer details in English without errors.
* Assist customers in selecting the correct automobile spare parts.
* Maintain sales records and counter documentation.
* Coordinate with the store team regarding stock availability.
* Maintain proper stock records and assist in inventory management.
* Keep the counter organized and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills:

* Good English reading and writing skills (Mandatory).
* Ability to prepare manual challans accurately.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel).
* Good communication and customer handling skills.
* Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts will be an added advantage.
* Good handwriting and attention to detail.
* Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in an automobile spare parts shop, hardware shop, or similar trading business is preferred.
* Freshers with good English writing skills and confidence in handling customers can also apply.
