We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator responsible for accurately recording and managing production, stock, stock transfers, and export data of finished goods in Microsoft Dynamics. The role requires strong attention to detail, basic understanding of inventory processes, and proficiency in ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter daily production data into Microsoft Dynamics accurately and timely
• Maintain and update stock records (inward/outward movements)
• Record and monitor stock transfers between warehouses/locations
• Handle export data entry of finished goods, ensuring proper documentation
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies with warehouse/operations teams
• Generate reports 
• related to stock, production, and dispatch
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
• 1–3 years experience in data entry or ERP systems
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fast and accurate typing skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in food/grain/rice industry
• Familiarity with export documentation
