Role Objective
The Assistant Manager – HR (T&D & Recruitment) will be responsible for driving talent acquisition and employee capability development, ensuring a skilled, engaged, and performance-driven workforce aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
End-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and managerial roles
Workforce planning with plant and department heads
Sourcing via job portals, consultants, referrals, and campus hiring
Interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer release, and onboarding
Training & Development (T&D)
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA)
Design and execute technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs
Coordinate with internal and external trainers
Measure training effectiveness and maintain records
HR Operations & Engagement
Support performance management and HR initiatives
Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and reports
Assist in employee engagement and communication activities
Qualification & Experience
MBA – HR (Full-time preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment & Training
Manufacturing / plant exposure preferred
Experience in a listed company is an added advantage

Role Objective
The Store Head will be responsible for end-to-end management of stores, inventory, and material control for a pipe manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal stock levels, cost control, statutory compliance, and uninterrupted production support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Stores & Inventory Management
Overall control of raw materials, consumables, spares, finished goods, and scrap
Maintain minimum/maximum inventory levels to avoid production loss or excess holding
Periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation with ERP records
2. Material Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Purchase, Maintenance, and Dispatch
Ensure timely availability of materials for pipe manufacturing operations
Monitor inward, storage, and outward movement of materials
3. ERP / System Control
Strong hands-on experience with SAP / ERP / Oracle / Tally / Industry ERP
Ensure accurate GRN, issue slips, return notes, and stock valuation
Generate MIS reports for management review
4. Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with internal audit, statutory audit, and ISO systems
Maintain proper documentation for GST, excise (if applicable), and inventory audits
Control losses, pilferage, and non-moving / obsolete inventory
5. Team Leadership
Lead and manage store officers, supervisors, and helpers
Allocate duties, monitor discipline, and ensure safety standards
Train team on SOPs and system processes
6. Cost & Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for inventory optimization and cost reduction
Implement best practices in store layout, FIFO / FEFO, and material traceability
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification & Experience
Education:
Graduate (Any discipline)
MBA / PG Diploma in Materials / SCM preferred
Experience:
15–18 years in Stores / Materials Management
Minimum 8–10 years in Pipe / Steel / Heavy Manufacturing Industry
Experience as Store Head / Senior Stores Manager preferred
