š Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Lead end-to-end Logistics, Distribution, Transportation & Fleet Operations
ā¢ Manage Port Operations & Bulk Cargo Handling
ā¢ Vessel loading & shipment documentation
ā¢ Coordinate with Port Authorities, Customs, CHA & Shipping Lines
ā¢ Drive logistics cost optimisation & vendor management
ā¢ Ensure timely dispatch and delivery with EHS/statutory compliance
ā¢ Lead and develop the logistics & distribution team
ā¢ Coordinate with Production, Sales & other stakeholders
š¤ Ideal Candidate:
Experienced logistics & supply chain professional with strong hands-on Salt Industry experience, especially in transportation, port operations, bulk cargo handling, stakeholder management, commercial & negotiation activities.
