Position: Warehouse Head / Incharge
Location: Mundra, Gujarat
Experience: 10–15 Years

Salary - 45000 -75000 Monthly CTC depending Upon Interview. 
Qualification: Any Graduate

Industry Preference: Ports & Shipping / CFS Companies

Preferred Candidates: Local Candidates from Mundra Only

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, loading & unloading activities.
• Ensure smooth handling of Import & Export cargo operations.
• Supervise warehouse manpower and maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients for daily operational updates and service requirements.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain proper warehouse records/documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse operational procedures.
• Handle vehicle planning, cargo movement, and coordination with transporters.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams, clients, and operational stakeholders.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution of warehouse activities.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and cargo handling.
• Experience in Import & Export operations.
• Good leadership and team handling abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of documentation and operational processes related to ports/shipping/CFS operations.
• Ability to manage day-to-day warehouse activities independently.
