- 2–5 years of experience in store handling, retail sales or automotive retail.
- Experience in automobile / battery / tyre / auto-spares / two-wheeler / four-wheeler dealership will be preferred.
- Achieve daily, monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Handle daily billing and payment collection at the counter.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding/pending payments.
- Independently manage day-to-day counter operations.
- Ensure accurate invoicing, product selection and delivery.
- Maintain daily sales and collection reports.
